Elise Yen

Ms. Yen manages Berkeley Hall’s financial operations and oversees the Tuition Assistance program. With 26 years of experience in finance and operations, Ms. Yen is excited to work alongside the Business Office to ensure our school’s continued growth and progress. She has extensive for and non-profit experience and is well-acquainted with independent school needs and responsibilities. Most recently, she served as financial advisor to such schools as St. Andrew’s Episcopal, Kirby, Vistamar, and Chadwick and for five years she was the COO/CFO at New Roads School in Santa Monica. Born and raised in Southern California, Ms. Yen received her undergraduate degree in Accounting from San Diego State University. She then went on to earn her master’s in Accounting from The American University and an MBA in Finance from New York University, Stern School of Business.
